Cutscene is made by , . Email . Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record and handles payment, sales tax and invoices.

What you're buying

A licence to export videos with Cutscene, video editing software that runs in Chrome or Edge. Nothing is shipped.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the pricing page and is paid once. Lemon Squeezy adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds.

Delivery

Your licence key is emailed to the address you paid with, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, email us.

Your licence

• You may use Cutscene on that you use.
• You may use it for personal and commercial videos. The videos you make are yours.
• You may not share, resell or publish your licence key, or copy or reverse-engineer the software.
• If a key is shared publicly, we may deactivate it and send you a new one.

Updates

Cutscene updates itself in your browser, and updates are included at no extra cost. Your licence doesn't expire.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Liability

Cutscene is provided "as is". Keep copies of your original footage. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost files, lost income or indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act or the consumer law where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by South African law. This doesn't take away any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
