If Cutscene doesn't work for you, you get your money back.
14 days, no tricky conditions
Email within 14 days of buying. Tell us what went wrong if you'd like, but you don't have to. We refund the full amount, including any tax, through Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used.
How long it takes
We send the refund within 2 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
What happens to your licence
When we refund you, we turn off your licence key and exporting locks again. You're welcome to keep using the free editor.
After 14 days
If something stops working after 14 days, email us. We'll help you fix it, and if we can't, we'll talk about a refund.
